David A. Jituboh is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in structuring international financial agreements, mobilizing institutional capital, and executing complex transactions across emerging markets, with a focus on Africa.
His expertise lies at the intersection of finance, government relations, and strategic deal-making. He has a proven track record of securing and managing nine-figure capital commitments from leading global institutions, including USAID, the World Bank, and Fortune 500 corporations. Fluent in English and French, he excels at navigating cross-cultural business environments and building trusted partnerships at the board and ministerial level.
Most recently, David has applied his capital mobilization and strategic oversight skills within the commodities trading and energy sectors. Prior to this, his distinguished tenure with international organizations saw him lead initiatives that secured over $150 million in funding for large-scale projects. His work has been recognized in publications such as Time and Fortune magazines.
David holds an MBA and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Maryland. He brings to Green Bridge Capital Investment a unique combination of direct access to African financial institutions, a deep understanding of cross-border regulatory frameworks, and a disciplined approach to transforming capital into deployed, yielding assets.

Steven Mawuli Agblami brings over 25 years of expertise in geopolitical and economic strategy, with advanced degrees in management and finance. He has extensive experience in the global commodities sector, specializing in African raw materials and energy products.
His oil and gas background spans upstream and downstream operations, working alongside leading figures such as High Chief Otumba Afolabi, one of the architects of Nigeria’s National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), with operations extending to the United Kingdom.
Through a strong network of institutional and commercial partners, Steven facilitates large-scale trading operations, connecting African producers with international buyers and supporting sustainable market development.

Boris Gaveau, Chief Financial Officer specializing in international commodities trading, designs financial and hedging strategies to manage price volatility and protect margins.
